0:51.2	helped really peaceful and doing some reading and quiet and all of a sudden it just shifted
0:57.7	in there was chaos in my house right so that can happen right at any point of the time any day
1:04.6	and I found myself today you know having to push that reset button so I thought I would just
1:09.2	take a couple of minutes and talk about what I mean by that so all this stuff was going on
1:14.6	around me in my house and I started getting upset with my husband because of something that he
1:22.4	had done and I got him situated and then the next thing you know he spilled whole cup of tea all
1:28.8	over the sofa and it was just like so I cleaned it up you know and I went on this 20 second like you
1:34.4	know if you're going to own a home you got to take care of it you got to certain things you know
1:37.6	yada yada yada and then I picked up my coffee and my phone because I was reading off my Kindle
1:43.2	app on my phone and I walked into my office and I shut the door and I just sat there you know
1:48.0	and just started taking deep breaths and I'm like all right you know and I start going through
1:53.1	you know thinking about things I had to be grateful for and you know is this situation really
