Hello. So this This is you are here. Hello, hello, so this is going to be a solo episode for me today.

There has been a lot that's on my mind and it's usually like that for me in December. As the year winds down for

many of us our workload decreases and spending more time with family increases hopefully

or making some holiday plans is on your radar.

This is always the time for me though when I tend to be a bit more reflective and I ask myself

questions around what ways am I closing out the year that are different than when I started?

For me when I reflect on this year I really wanted to take a look back at just January 1.

However in this process I really found myself reflecting even further than that.

Why was I even where I was in January?

So the extremely short version of this is I was continuing a career path in crypto, which depending

on who you are in my life or in what circles I know you in, that may come as a surprise.

Because surprisingly or not,

prior to working in crypto, I was actually

a full-time health and wellness creator,

and I had just been coming off

this very stressful, busy, long hour-filled consulting career where my health was really declining.

And so I swung the pendulum to the other side and decided to solely focus on my health. And in that slowdown

is when I actually discovered I had kidney cancer, which deserves a whole separate episode in itself where I can talk a lot more about my insights, my learnings, and all of that.
