CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase. Now, he took this job back in 2006, and goodness gracious, it has not been

easy. He faced the global financial crisis in 2008, the pandemic, and all the aftermath. I mean, at one point

in this conversation, I have to just ask him if it's possible to have fun in business anymore.

But I love the no-nonsense way Jamie approaches leadership in these tough moments. Because he isn't

surprised by problems. He's prepared for them. As he puts it, you don't have a war and then

decide to have an army. You better have the army first. I mean, as leaders, we got to be real and say

the problems are going to come up. They just are. They might be big or they might be small,

short term or long term. But one thing's for sure, they're going to be there,

and we got to be prepared.

There's just so much we can learn from Jamie, so we always have a plan to deal with problems.
