| 1:04.8 | But a lot of us, myself included, when we think about rest and the importance that that has in our health and our wellness, |
| 1:13.6 | we tend to focus on usually just the sleep, which of course is the biggest part of rest. |
| 1:20.6 | And if we think of it beyond sleep, we think of rest as the absence of activity, doing nothing. |
