It's a weird time for being an employee. Depending on your industry, I think if you work in tech,

real estate, I'd say like a real estate firm, or crypto, obviously, anything e-commerce-related,

it's a weird time. Companies are scaling back. They over-hired in the last two years,

some of them, and are in a cooling period. So it's a tricky time to be negotiating.

That doesn't say you can, but I think it's important to take into consideration some of the

economic challenges that companies are facing. But more on that question in just a moment,
