inventory crunch inside and outside the United States is on. How bad is it with scarce

inventory? How hard is it to find property, whether that's

income property or your primary residence, how bad is it going to get and how does that

all affect you?

shortage of housing is new construction, and we discussed that a bit last week. Bloomberg was

recently reporting on how there's one type of rental dwelling that virtually no one is

building anymore, and that is small apartment buildings between two units and nine units.

And yeah, that includes less of the asset type that I'll always have a soft spot for in my heart,

which is the fourplex building, which is where I started out as an owner and an occupant
