Empire Builders, what's going on? This is Danny Morel. I got to tell you, I'm excited.

It's the inaugural show here. Empire Live is a show that we came up with because quite frankly,

as our Instagram following and our Facebook following is growing, we started a notice,

you know, 78 to 80% of you are specifically in one industry called the real estate

industry. And so we started Empire Live. Many of you know, I'm the founder of Empire University.

And so we thought that we would start a show on a weekly basis that was live to help you,

the real estate practitioner, whether that's, you know, real estate agent,

real estate broker, loan officer, and really help you to understand what it's going to take

in order to improve your business.

The first thing that I want to do is I want to talk about our purpose, both as a company

and for the show.

And I want to talk to you a little bit about why I

started Empire University. You see, if you know my story, if you've read my book, you know that it

had a deep, deep passion to grow my life and most importantly to get unstuck. And what I mean by unstuck is, you know,

back when I was a real estate salesperson, I looked to my left, I looked to my right, and it seemed

for the most part that everybody was doing what everybody else was doing. Arnold Schwarzenegger

has a great quote. He says, the one thing I would hate in life is to be like everybody else, you know?

And so if you're like me and you have a passion to be different, quite frankly, at a very young age,

I was just, I was crazy about that.

I wanted to do something different.

I wanted to do something spectacular.

I wanted to make a change and make a difference.
