like to use for this community is that we're B mores. We believe in being more in our mind,

our movement, in our meaning every day. And this weekend confidence in the go, what we're

chatting about is how to set goals with a purpose and that is the ones like setting goals that really matter and that means something and I really believe in in goal setting and is such a controversial

approach to change because in the end of the day most people actually don't

stick with the goals or the resolutions that they resolve to have.

But I propose a different way. I think the reason we don't follow through is that we don't really

put our heart and soul into thinking about why we really want these goals and why they matter to us and sometimes you know if we're thinking about New Year's resolutions

We're a couple weeks ahead of this coming New Year. Now is the time to be thinking about your new years

resolutions, what you want to be happening for the positive, how you want to be

changing and growing in 2016. It's not something you think about on sharing your first or second.
