Hey everyone, welcome to Pink Shade with Aaron Martin. It's that time of the week where we get to recap our favorite shit shows. Our goddess Marypane Gilbert is back with us. Hello Marypane back from the beach. Yeah, back in my little happy spot recording studio.

In my home, that's amazing. I mean, I feel like fall is the time when we all get back into our routines like the kids are getting back in the routines. We're going to get into routine summer is ending, which is very sad, but this is like my happy place. Fall is really, I know it's not fall quite yet, but it feels like it since kids are going back to school. And that's truly my happy place.

It's so interesting every year like I'm so ready for summer to come and the back into my I'm so ready for summer to be over so it really is like just enough time. And then you're like let's get back into routine people. It's just enough exactly I know so the kids are all my kid is actually asleep over right now across the street with her new best friend and our new neighborhood.

Who's just going to be right now. It's like amazing. I feel like I'm living in some kind of dream. I'm like, please don't fight with each other. Please don't fight. We just moved in. You're such good friends. Now you're going to be in school together all year. Let this happen for moms and for at least for the families, if not for yourself. Stay friends. Yeah, totally. Oh my God. So we're going to recap before the 90 days love after a lockup. Both amazing. They're giving us so much content. My notes are endless. So we're just going to have to try to do this in a reasonable way.

I mean, I mean, I know, my notes are pretty long. It was so much to write down this week. So much action. It was like action packed. You know how some weeks are kind of by weeks. You're like, oh, they're just kind of setting up for the drama to come. No, that wasn't this week. It felt like a lot of shit was going on. But before we do that, I want to just give a shout out. 90 day fiance before the 90 days. I mean, for me this week was like the Darcy show. But we don't have to start there. What are your overall takeaways.

On Darcy. Yeah, I mean, did you think did you did you walk away thinking like Darcy needs an adult handler and intervention and medication or did you have just thoughts on like, oh, everyone's got good drama going on.

I'm generally not like a Darcy hater like a lot of people really, really, she just irritates them so much. I you know, her heart is open.

And I just don't I don't like just completely dislike her. And I think it's I don't either she and her sister were so funny on Pillow Talk.

I think that's why I kind of came around her. And I really actually felt pretty sorry for her this week. And I feel like there's a lot of work that needs to be done on herself before she can jump into a relationship because she obviously has so many deep seated issues of needing someone to like want her need her love her treat her right. You know, she just

it comes off so desperate with everything she says and she really I don't know. Maybe she needs like Patty Stanger. She needs somebody to really teach her how to keep those emotions and check.

Yeah, I don't know that Patty Stanger is her girl. I think she needs someone who is a kinder gentler approach.

But Darcy needs so much help. I mean, it's like a doctor Phil. I mean, maybe we need to bring our queen Oprah into this.

You know, get her back out of retirement just to do like a full Darcy special multi episodic get Darcy feeling like a human lady again because she is so far gone. I feel really bad for her too.

I mean, I know she's like a super fame thirsty and allegedly so is our boy Tom and we'll talk about that. But it is really sad to watch super sad. I mean, I have never witnessed such a thing.

You're right though. Pillow talk is like the redemption story for people we used to hate. Like David and Annie have really redeemed themselves on pillow talk and we used to load the David. Remember, I mean, people used to hate him.

It was like almost not quite, but maybe a Coltie level hate. And so when I saw the new cast of pillow talk announced this week and Coltie and Debbie were on it sitting and bent together with their snuggies.

I was like, damn it. You know what? I bet they're going to this is going to be their redemption story. And I don't know that I'm here for it because I still want to hate him a little bit longer.

I don't want to hear him make veiled references to Larissa for a whole season of pillow talk. I really don't. I really don't. And I'm not like, Oh, Larissa, some sort of, you know, innocent or anything. I just I just need to like move past that.

I need to get them out of my head. I just want Tarik and Dean to recap everything.

They should just be 100% pillow talk. Right. Yeah, just pump an iron. One sitting a half one leg on the floor. The other one with one leg on the floor. They're the best. I wish they were recapping the family shantel because we know Dean's love for our girl shantel.
