I've been noticing the collective conversation that has increased around the subject of mental health,

and we'll put under that umbrella, emotional health,

relational health.

This subject is becoming more mainstream, one, because it's beginning to be destigmatized

for many reasons, but mainly because it's a necessary conversation due to the state of our world, due to the state of our society

and lockdowns and stress and COVID and all the things.

And I think this is really an indication of what we constantly do,

which is that we wait till we have to do things and we're not proactively supporting through things.

You know, anyone could have predicted that this, we would be in the greatest mental health crisis of our time.

And I would have said that before COVID.

I think technology has contributed to that.

I think food access issues, socioeconomic, wealth differences.

There are so many factors that influence this. And it is frustrating and makes me angry,

makes me emotional to think that here we are again, often playing catch-up.

You know, there's many reasons.

You know, so many great content creators,

therapists, coaches who are putting out incredible content.

And, you know, there's challenges getting access to support for mental health,

things like the cost, things like ensuring the quality of it, ensuring that it's relevant. And, you know, there's so many different things
