Welcome to Fit Body Happy Joints. My name is Shannon today. I want to do something a little different and answer some questions that we've gotten from our community recently.

Doesn't matter what time of day you work out.

In short, it does not matter.

Studies show that hypertrophy is similar regardless of the time of day the training session took place.

There could be some marginal differences and it likely depends on the individual and their

own circadian rhythms, for example.

Some people might feel really energized at 7 PM and maybe that's the best time for them to work

consistent and if you are trying to match your energy levels to what time of day you work out.
