Okay, so on the show today, my old, old friend Elena Brower, Elena is a world-renowned yoga teacher.

I think she taught the biggest single yoga class ever in Central Park for 10,000 people. I was there in the rain. She is a brilliant writer. Her first book, The Art of Attention, is beloved by me and by tens of thousands of yogis around the world. She hosts the podcast

Practice You. I've been on there once and teaches classes on the glow. So after what I might

describe as a truncated exhale, this is my first interview after the election. And of course,

Elena and I touch on that. We also probe the role of the teacher,

and we talk about the rise of misinformation, it's rampant spread on the internet, and the importance of

media literacy. And I suppose most poignantly, we talk about our collective need to heal

and how we can cultivate compassion for those with whom we disagree. So I hope you
