So many of you know that we are a couple of weeks away from opening our coach certification.

I wanted to tell you a couple things.

And I discovered this when I first, when I hired my first coach, I was so excited about what I wanted to work on and what we were going to

create together, that something in me just woke up. Like, I felt like there was a part of me that had just

been dormant, that had been hiding, that had been trying to figure out who she was and what she

wanted. And when I hired my first coach, I felt this part of me just wake up and light up.

So the first secret that coaches know is that your dreams matter.

Now, if you've been around me for very long, you know that I believe this with all my

heart. I love this quote from Frederick Beakner, which says, the place God calls you to is the place
