Being a former perfectionist, being a former type A personality with a

achievement driven performance-based mentality and desire to really

strive to you know succeed so to speak by the world standards

it I've sort of trained myself for the past 32 years to be well hard on myself to put a lot of pressure on myself.

And now that I've learned to live life with a different attitude from a different perspective

and I've learned that my value is not based on what I do, but in who I am and that I'm learning how to

that true life that successful living is really the art of beautiful living that I'm

striving instead to live beautifully.

It doesn't mean that the 32 years of putting pressure on myself

and teaching myself that, you know, no matter what, it's never good enough, it's not enough,

it's enough, you know, push, push, push a little bit more,
