what's up everyone welcome to the 137th episode of the Pokemon podcast my name is

sbj and with me today I have the ever-lovely Travis oh thank god we don't have

with us today I can I can finally eat what I want to not be judged I'll just

whip out my my secret twinkie stash from under my microphone I'll just cook

up all the grease I can it's the healthy living is gonna be out of the door this

time thought of a window it's done diddly done for that's right I know well if

that's today just just Travis and myself to spread the gospels of Lord Helix

for you guys today what was I gonna say oh yeah if you are a new listener to

it's super effective we haven't done this in a while we just want to give you a

rundown of how the show works well welcome if this is your first episode

regrettably it will probably be your last but but I I host the show my name is

sbj as everyone calls me or that's short for Steve and Travis is usually on

pretty much every episode co-hosting away yeah most of them and what we normally

do is we talk about some Pokemon news in the beginning then we take a quick

break and then we come back and we talk about some sort of feature topic and

then we take another break and then we usually run down final thoughts and our

Pokemon of the week this week's gonna be a little different because there's no

news well there's a bunch of news but that all although all that news is in

regards to Twitch plays Pokemon which we talk there's some there's some like

actual Pokemon news though yeah there's a little bit but we are gonna talk
