what's up man, how you doing? So it's been hard for me though because I'm like normally a a guy that doesn't really shower if I don't leave the house. I'll admit that. If I don't leave the house I've just kind of, if it's an at home day, I just am at home in my sweatpants.

And so I've had to change that philosophy here with being home for now like 12 straight days in a row. So I've

showered and and before today I did shower and I put gel on my hair so I'm

feeling really professional. Okay so wait so how many days in a row are we

talking about that you didn't shower?

No, because we did the podcast on Thursday, and so I showered on last Thursday, so that I took a little bit of a break.

It's my routine. If I don't have if I don't leave the house I really don't I don't shower often so I need to change that.

I just I can't go to bed at night unless I take a shower. I got to take a

shower. The mustiness of a man. I don't even I can't imagine what you smell like

at the end of a night. Oh my gosh, you're four.

I don't exercise, so that's a big thing too.

and that means you stink still nonetheless, okay?
