Coming up on the show, vaccine passports and the pandemic,

Dominic Cummings and the Tory's authoritarian streak.

So, we're out of lockdown. The mask mandates are over pretty much everywhere

apart from a few select places but we're sort of heading towards something slightly more authoritarian still,

potentially the government is going to introduce vaccine passports in September.

Tom, what do you make of this?

I think it's a really alarming move for a couple of reasons.

I mean, all of us have talked about vaccine passports until we're blue in the face.

It's deeply authoritarian, you create a two-tier society.

In a free society, you should not make people's ability to access certain public spaces and to engage

properly in social and cultural life contingent on their health status. I mean it's just a very alarming thing to do, which is why, you know,
