I don't know about you folks, but it seems like whenever I read or talk about ADHD these days I always get around to the topic of executive functions.

Yet a lot of us are confused about EFs as they are called.

Parents and adults, for instance, with ADHD, write us every week wondering,

can you have executive function problems without having ADHD? Does a normal ADHD evaluation pick up executive function problems?
