With nine years of experience as a health coach, he believes in a holistic approach to wellness. He puts a large emphasis on mastering mindsets. In order to reach our full potential, the first thing we must focus on is our health and self-care. If we are not feeling well or healthy, nothing else will fall into place. Ian believes in eating healthy and he shares what that means. This give us more energy and it fuels our bodies to make us more productive.
