You have to get in the mind-frame of "forcing the vision" - you have to create the space to think and visualize what it's like to have what you already want. Who would you be? What would you do? What hobbies would you have? Doing this gets you in the "Be. Do. Have." method in life.

When I have this, I'll be this. Do you think this thought? Things like when I have that flat belly,

I'll be, I don't know, happy. When I have more time, I will be fulfilled. When I have more money,

I'll be able to take those trips. When I have the result, I will be, insert whatever word you want.

Or when I have that husband, I'll finally be whatever that word is. When I have my business at this

number, I'll actually be a success. Or when I have that client, I will be complete. Now, what if your way of thinking this way is

Now, what if you took on starting from where you want to be?

So how do you do this? Well,

you get in the frame of what I call forcing the vision. Now, how do you force the vision? Well, you create a space for peace and time to think. I know, I know. You might be thinking right now, well, I don't have time for that. Now, this doesn't take long. You can do it in the shower if you need to. You could do it while taking a bath while going for a walk.

Even while driving, just turn off the radio or the podcast. But create some space for peace and time to actually think.

It can be lying down, walking, driving. That part doesn't matter. But I want you to imagine that you already have what it is that you're waiting for.
