Welcome back to the Soberful podcast.

I have, I want to say have a guest, but she's really, she's been on the show before. Welcome, Tamara.

Oh, thanks, Veronica. Hi, everybody. Glad to be here. Actually, some of you may know her very well.

She is one of my very fabulous soberful coaches. She's been working in sober full for, God, how long?

Almost two years now.

Is it really?

Oh, my God.

I know.

So we were having a conversation the other day and I was thinking that would make a

great topic for the podcast and it was about commitment.

We were just talking about this and there's a lot more to

this subject. We're going to be talking today about commitment, how we commit, our fear of

committing and how all of that relates to sobriety. So before we get started, how are you doing?

How are you doing in this pandemic?

I'm doing well, actually. I think that there's been times throughout the last year where I haven't done that great, but I've still, you know, kind of forged on. Right now, it's springtime here

in the Midwest. So the high today is 70. It's sunny outside.

So I hate to say it, but my mood is often dependent on how the weather is.
