remember the past and choose to repeat it. Five years ago, we were in the midst of a global

pandemic that killed millions, and George Floyd was murdered in a way so callous and indifferent

to his humanity that it sparked worldwide outrage.

In both cases, a novel coronavirus attacking the respiratory system, and a police officer

pressing his knee into George Floyd's neck, some of the final words spoken by the victims

The Thing, though, that's been completely overlooked in a way.

And I bring this up because there's so many aspects to this in terms of what happened to George Floyd.

In terms of who's out there protesting.

In terms of why it is how it is across the country.

A little bit different than the previous protests for similar reasons.

And, you know, I don't know why this hasn't been covered more.

But George Floyd lost his job because of the coronavirus.

Now I'd mention earlier, but the man was arrested.

For apparently, this is allegedly what he was, the police were called for.

A grocery store clerk called the police, claiming that George Floyd tried to pay with a forged $20 bill.

I don't know if it's true.
