Hey, Real Estate Rockstars. This is Aaron Mucostegi. I'm back today for an exciting episode. I hope it's going to be exciting. I've been chatting with Jill now for a few minutes. And I think we're going to have a bunch of fun and a bunch of good stuff for you today. Jill, where, where are you living? Where are you calling in from? I sell real estate in New York City. Cool. How long have you been in New York? I've been licensed since

0:40.1

2010, but in real estate since 2007. Okay. Did you grow up around there? New Jersey.

0:47.4

Okay. So you've just been there. And then so 2007, you started doing real estate, 2010. You got your

1:28.0

where houses were selling it started to slowdown in 0708 in 2009 and 2010 you know 90% of the

1:35.8

sales were a previous foreclosure that had been fixed and flipped or a bank-owned REO so it's an

1:43.6

interesting time to get your license.

1:44.8

Why did you get your license?

1:45.8

Why did you decide to get in real estate at that time?

1:49.5

I really liked what I was doing, and I wanted to immerse myself more into that world.

1:55.9

And I guess sort of my nature is I'm not easily scared of things. So even though the news was, you know,

2:04.8

people leaving financial centers in New York City with their stuff in boxes and loading up

2:10.5

town cars with their belongings and fleeing the city, people were walking away from deposits.

2:16.1
