| 0:56.2 | that but this this program I love my annual Lewis and Clark journey I took |

| 1:05.6 | we had a great time and I'm going to do it again next year. I'm going to go back to the |

| 1:16.8 | I climbed the Wendover vertical hike for the 17th time |
| 1:20.8 | and this year I didn't even cough up a long I was just so proud of myself. |
