And me, Andy Badley. And me, Tom Dunn. Yes, it's him Tom Dunn because Sarah, guess where she is? You actually know the answer to this. I do. Well, we all know the answer to it. It's not like it's a secret. She's out in UTNB and Chamonay. It's all right for some, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. So we've got her literally better half. So for regular listeners to the podcast, we'll probably know this, but you might not. Tom is actually Sarah's fiance.

I mean, Andy, they didn't know that. You've really put that straight. I mean, all rumors have been quashed right there in a sentence. Yeah, well, I mean, it's on social media. It's not a secret, right? Yeah, fair enough. Anyway, today we are talking about training cycles and some of the jargon that you've probably heard quite a lot, but you don't know what they mean. So peak, taper, bass. I mean, hopefully we know what they mean and can explain them to you. Yeah, and the three of us have been training towards massively different goals over the last few months with very different personal reasons for doing that. And we've been through the different elements of the different training cycles. And of course, we're also going to talk about news and answer your questions, which we love doing.
