In part one, we went through the timeline of Shirley Turner's life,

from her early life through about 2000.

We are going to pick it up from there.

And again, I retrieved this information

from the Turner Review and Investigation from September of 2006

by the Newfoundland and Labrador Child and Youth Advocates Delegate. Kathleen Daphne Bernard, a registered nurse from Chatham, England emigrated to the United States in October of

1967.

It was then that she met David Franklin Bagby.

He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but was stationed in Long Beach, California,

while in the Navy from 1964 to 1968.

They would get married on March 29th, 1968,

and settle down initially in Compton, California. They moved to San Diego in

1971 and then to San Jose in 1977 and eventually would end up in Sunnydale,

California, a suburb of San Jose, moving there in 1978.
