Hey guys, a couple of things before we jump in today's show. First of all, I wanted you to know that I started doing something a few weeks ago. I've added red light therapy to my morning routine. And if you follow me on Instagram and you ever look at my Instagram stories, I'm constantly putting pictures in there of me doing red light therapy in the morning because I find it fascinating and it makes a really weird picture.

But anyway, several of you have asked, what is red light therapy? What are you doing?

Tell us more. Is it working? And what on earth is it working for? So the founders of Juve Light,

who sent me this amazing Juve Light that I use, I call them up and I'm having them on the show today.

So Justin and Melissa are going to tell us all about red light therapy. And this is one of those

things that's accessible to some and not accessible to all. So if you're on a budget and
