and sinking it with this where did that come from did you that's something you you actively pursued

you're like i want speed or is it just kind of evolve did you have exercises you used to to develop

the speed is a mental thing to me.

You don't care about how heavy it is.

You just want to get that joint off your foot because it hurts, right?

So for me, it's like if I hear an idea, if I have an idea, it may be fast in my mind.

I'm not thinking about whether or not I can do it.

I'm just like, just do it.

You know what I'm saying?

So whether it's fast or slow, just do it.

It is, you know, yeah, you do have to condition your hands.

I'll say that it's not like you can just start off by just playing a bunch of fast stuff.

Yeah.

The more you play, though, the stronger your hands get.

But for me, I found if I know what I want to play already and I just try and execute it

without worrying about if I have the ability to or not, you know, there's sometimes, dude, I'll

listen back to stuff that I've played and I'm like, I don't even know how I played it that
