How do you get into real estate? How long have you been in it? Yeah. So I got into real estate. Actually, I technically got my license in 2017 and I got it actually because I just wanted to do my own deals as a real estate investor and save the money on the commission. But as I was even buying my first property, I realized that there was no such thing as an investor-friendly realtor at the time. Or if there were, they weren't being marketed very well because I couldn't |

| 1:41.6 | one of my buddies asked me, hey, this is my first client. Well, hey see you're an investor. Like, can you help me buy my first investment? And I said, yeah, sure, why not? And I never intended to do that. But it was, you know, I closed that transaction. It was tons of fun. And I made my first 10 grand as a real estate agent that way. And that was like the most fun 10 grand I'd ever made. And so then I started promoting myself a little bit more as like Denver's investor from the real estate agent. And I had people just kind of flocking to me because there was a niche that no one had really tapped into before. That kind of happened in 2019. It was when I actually started, you know, |
