She has doubled down in this niche and she is pretty much just only selling probate listings,

and it's making her a whole lot of money.

All right, I am so excited about this interview with Carolyn Castillo. How are you doing today?

Very good. Thank you so much for having me. Well, I'm excited to get into your niche of doing probate. But first, just tell us a little bit about who you are and how you

got into real estate. Yeah, so I actually got into real estate when I was 18, wanted to get into

it right away and started off at doing rentals and then ended up having a bunch of kids. I'm a mother of

four. So I kind of pittle paddled in real

estate. And then when I got back in full time, started as an ISA booking appointments for a

number one Keller Williams team and then went on to being a listing agent for myself from there.

All right. How did that happen? How did was that transition from being an

ISA than going into being a listing agent? Yeah. So basically, you know, I was literally booking

listing appointments all day long for this team. And that's when I saw, you know, she was paying me a

salary, you know, to just basically be her outbound

ISA. And she gave me a position. She had gave me an opportunity to be on her team as a listing

agent. But, you know, when you're a team at a listing agent, it's like 20%, you know. So I was like,

no, I'm going to try it out on my own. And I remember she did tell me you'll never be able

to do it. And I'm like, okay, perfect. Watch me. So, exactly. Friday, I was calling for her.

And then Monday, I was calling for myself. And then, you know, I just started booking appointments

and getting

listings and yeah that's the best fuel someone can give you being like you won't be able to do that

...
