0:08.1	Hello everyone. It's nice to be back together. We've done so many podcasts apart for International Women's Day.
0:12.8	I know. And actually we are very unusually recording this podcast in the daylight. I can see the sun.
0:19.2	We're actually recording this at like half past four on a Thursday.
0:22.4	Is that what day is? I know. Yeah, it feels quite rare. My kids are going to come home at any point.
0:26.5	So I said to Sarah, we're committing to make our podcast episodes really short so they can be.
0:31.1	You can listen to lots of different podcasts and that is aided today by the fact that I probably got a ticking clock before my children arrive and you hear
0:37.7	them all on this week's podcast. But yeah, so obviously work is probably quite disruptive for quite a lot
0:43.7	of people at the moment and that's one aspect, all that change and uncertainty. This is a particularly
0:47.8	dramatic time, but it is one aspect of squiggly careers and why we all need to really think about
0:52.2	what's most important to us about work and where we have the most value and how we have the most value. And that's what this podcast is really
0:58.0	focused on. It's about helping people to take ownership for their career, to think what a good
1:03.0	career looks like for them rather than following some kind of slightly outdated definition
