Hello everybody, welcome back to Daily Easy English Expression, the podcast.

It's my honor to have you listening and downloading and sharing this podcast, today's expression is going to be about grammar.

You and me are going to study some grammar.

Wait, was that, was that right?

You and me are going to study some grammar? Or should it be you and I are going to study some grammar?

Now, what's interesting, most of you probably know the answer is you and I, correct? Yes, that's right.

Grammatically, of course, it should be you and I. However,

so many Americans say you and me. And in fact, many, many Americans say me and you, me and you,

me. Me and you. You and me, very, very common in daily American English. So when

you're speaking English, don't worry about it. When you're writing, if you're giving a speech,

a professional situation, yes, of course, you want to have the best possible English that follows all the rules.

But when you're talking with friends, many friends don't care.

They're not going to follow all the grammar rules. Grammar is very important.

I am not saying that grammar is useless. Of course it's very, very important.

But sometimes even native English speakers don't follow the grammar rules.

So don't be surprised if you hear you and me.
