In this episode, I share my return to the CEO role in early 2024 and our subsequent moves to refocus and rebuild the brand. I discuss the challenges faced, including the decision to let go of certain staff and product lines, and the importance of maintaining a winning culture.

| 0:47.3 | back. We're fixing this. And I had this awakening, this epiphany of how do we get to this point |

| 0:54.4 | I'm not leading the business. I'm not in Texas. I'm not with a team. We're distracted. We're |

| 1:04.6 | So I flew back to Texas, announced I was coming back as CEO and moving back to Texas. Within that next couple weeks, I was back |

| 1:17.7 | everything. When it comes to brand building, culture, leadership, you will get nowhere without it. |
