of that goal is a boat. Everybody is obsessed with where they want the boat to go because

that feels good and that feels exciting that we get this surge of energy when we

think about where we want to go and how we're going to get there, right? It's almost like planning a vacation when we think about our goals. Like, I'm going to lose 50 pounds. I'm going to do it like this. I'm going to work out like this. I'm going to wake up at this time and I'm going to eat these things and I'm not going to eat these things and I'm going to have this budget and I'm to do this stuff.

Everybody's approach is where you not going to eat these things and I'm going to have this budget and I'm going to do this stuff.

And the reason that everybody isn't crushing their goals and that so many people feel like they've been working on this thing for so long,
