I'm recording this podcast two days after Hurricane Milton has hit.

I live in Connecticut.

I don't live in any of the affected areas, but I have just been watching all of the videos.

Like my entire social media is filled with videos and posts from people affected.

And I can't even wrap my head around how much damage has been caused, how much people have lost.

I can't fathom what these people are going through.

I'm not sure how many of you that listen to the podcast live in Florida or maybe you know someone

who lives in Florida. But if you've been affected or you know someone who's been affected,

Now, for today's episode, I want to talk about something that I was thinking about this past week.

And that is, thank God certain people have left me because I would have never left them. I always get questions from

you guys about how to deal with breakups and friendships ending and how to let go of things that

matter a lot to you. I know firsthand how difficult going through those losses are and although

I'm in a very good place right now where I have incredible friends and an amazing

boyfriend and just a life that I really, really love, it took me a long time to reach this

kind of peace.
