Very early on in my learning how to cook from scratch journey I realize that salt was a

game changer. Now that may sound a little silly to you but honestly up to that point

I kind of treated salt like a lot of folks do.

I considered it an afterthought, not a necessity to my cooking and it was just something

you kept in a shaker on the table and you added it to your food as you were eating.

But in the course of learning how to cook and understanding more about whole food ingredients,

I have since realized that salt is so much more than that and

not all salt is created equal. In today's episode I am so pumped to have a salt expert joining me.

And we are going to discuss some of the biggest questions

that I know I've had in relation to salt,

and I'm guessing that a lot of these will ring true for you as well.
