| 1:04.0 | lose weight, just never really worked out. So what happened this time is that I started doing |
| 1:08.6 | things differently. Instead of subtracting, I started adding foods. |
| 1:12.6 | And one of the key things that I added was protein to my diet. |
| 1:16.6 | And I really started being more conscious of that. |
| 1:19.6 | And what's so incredible is by making this one switch, protein actually naturally increases |

| 1:26.6 | It also digests more slowly so we don't feel hungry for a longer time. |
