Down in Texas, I'm sure you guys have seen, it's actually the first time in history,

you know, the first time in history that every Texas county is under winter weather advisory.

It's never happened before.

The entire states of Oklahoma and Arkansas,

both are as well, but it has happened therefore.

It's never happened in Texas before. Before this year, the coldest day I ever had in Texas was 38 degrees.

So it had never been under 38, and that was like for a few days.

Have you ever, is that the coldest day you've had since then? When I first moved here the first year it snowed. It snowed a little bit. I think on that 38 degree day. It was cold. So it was like 28. Yeah, that makes sense. So and and it's it's it's it's interesting because

You know obviously have it from the Midwest and like if it's under like five inches you're good.

Like life doesn't really change much. You just like drive cautiously and carefully. Well,
