Because today we are talking about a famous model turned influencer self-help guru

who then got exposed for human trafficking of her own followers and turned them into sex slaves.

I know, it doesn't even sound real.

And this was a woman called Kat Torres.

She had millions of followers on Instagram. People looked up to her as a role model.

She was a high-end fashion model. She rubbed shoulders with

a list celebrities. She seemed to have everything going for her in life. But behind her

Instagram profile, where her life looked perfect, there were so many dark and twisted secrets.

Because we're talking human trafficking, building a cult and forcing women into sex work.

And the worst part about all of this is that the victims of Kat were her loyal followers from

Instagram. People that looked up to her, thought that she was a hero. She manipulated that

relationship that she had. And this case is just insane on so many levels.

Kat Torres was born on the 24th of October, 1992, making her a Scorpio, and she grew up in the city of

Bellum, Brazil, where she lived with her parents and one sister. And it is said that Kat grew up
