Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. If we're new to this

0:15.5

podcast or if we've been listening to this podcast for a while, my guess is we're

0:20.0

here to figure out how to be happy. And if you are new, there's well over a hundred

0:24.4

episodes describing just how to do that. But in today's episode I want to look

1:28.9

I said, they're single, so they don't even have the prospects of meeting someone

1:32.2

1:34.4

Jill every day throughout the day really suffers because of this.

1:38.5

She really wants to have kids.

1:40.2

As I said, there aren't any prospects for her and she knows her internal clock is ticking, so she just
