And especially if you're buying online leads, you really got to listen to your intuition

and take, you know, 10 minutes and do a due diligence to kind of get to know a little bit

about the person that you're meeting.

We're talking before we started recording, and you're actually a former police officer, back the blue, love my police officers.

My sister is actually a detective here in indiana and she's a

complete b a and i do not know how she does it she does child abuse so um we just we love the police

officer so thank you so thank you for uh serving and protecting yeah thanks yeah so that's really

interesting to go from real estate, from law enforcement.

So can you kind of walk us through that process and kind of how you got into real estate?

Yeah. So my policing career was 18 years in all in British Columbia.

And I worked very, very remote community.
