L.S. and John's Isolation Tapes on BBC Radio 5 Live

Hello everyone and welcome to the Isolation Tapes L.S. John producer Dave Whittier.

We got you back. We've got you blowing back. That's what I like to say in absolutely

no literal sense whatsoever but we can provide you with an hour of passable chat once a week.

That's just we're at the front line. And that includes the radio show? Yes that's true.

I think about half an hour of each is possible. If you combine this and the radio show you

get about an hour of passable content which I'm hoping to provide until I'm 65

and then I can retire. That's all the ambition I've got left now. Passable content for the next 24

and a half years. That'll do me. L.S. our passable content has been broadcast

in a budget supermarket. We had an email from Keith and Keith says hi both currently

locked down in the beautiful village of Karelyon. Am I saying that right? Oh Karelyon.

Yeah yes. It's an old Roman fort snuff off a new port. It's one of Wales's oldest towns.

Although not Wales's oldest town that's come out then which is also a Roman.

In sunny south Wales I discovered this morning that a national discount supermarket chain

has gone the extra mile during this pandemic by playing the L.S. and John podcast

to entertain you as you shop. Admittedly the rest of the content is not as varied.

It seems to concentrate on social distancing remembering to clean your trolley

and the current special offers. Well that might be me as well because I do the voice

over for Aldi or I used to. I think they've got some of the else now telling people

to maintain social distancing and to say that. So what's your shift to Aldi when
