Hello everyone. That seems like I thought that was a good way to start out that that was quite professional.

The BBC is pro to bring you fortunately with Fee and Jen.

Another collection of the random and unrelated, Fee Glover and Jane Garvey,

now handily available in podcast form.

We need to say because this is going to be important to anyone listening towards the end of this week or next week or even the week or month after.

It is currently Monday the 16th March and it's about quarter past two in the afternoon.

So anything we say now, that's when we're saying it.

We're very, very keenly aware that things might change.

So it's going to just be a very weird couple of weeks or months where it will be night impossible to cast your mind back to where we were four days ago because it's all held to skelter, isn't it?

And that is what is creating so much of the anxiety.

We need to say how grateful we are to everybody who came to Sofford last week to hear our live show.

But we do need to acknowledge just how desperately tough our journey to Sofford was.

You need to hear the podcast to get a bigger, bigger version of that.

And our guest Rachel Burden from the other side, Five Live, was jolly good, but extremely rude.

And at times I felt just went a bit too far and I'm going to speak to her about it.

Okay, so she went, she went very far very soon, didn't she?

That's what surprised me.

So she was barely on stage before she did a below the naval anecdote that I think sounded like it had been needed to get out for a while.

Yeah, I think she had been sitting on that one for quite some time and felt the need to share or over share, depending on your point of view.
