Summary

Ed Mylett kicks off the week with a hilarious story that PROVES that you don’t need to have a high IQ to be successful in business. Make mistakes. Learn as you go. What wins in business is your heart, not your head. If your heart is in it to win it, your head will eventually catch up.

I have to work really hard at stuff. What a great blessing God gave me and not being

1:35.5

intellectually gifted because it forced me as a young person to have to work so much harder

1:39.8

than my peers. I learned the most important lesson. My son's brilliant. He's like his grandfather

1:44.8

who's literally a photographic memory and is a genius. It comes way too easy for him. I'm so

1:49.7

worried that my son's not learning about working hard because things come so easy to him.

1:54.8

My great blessing was my deficiency of lower IQ. Let me tell you how stupid I am.

2:03.6

Now before I tell you this I've only told the story a couple of times because it's that

2:06.8

embarrassing and it's that hard to believe but it's a fact. I was so bad in school. My worst

2:12.0

subject in school was chemistry. Now before that my worst subject was biology except my teacher
