said, let's get on with the show. We underappreciate it in Western busy culture where we

try to hard charge all the time. We drink a lot of coffee to stay up and get going. Sleep is our

body's chance to balance

our anabolic and catabolic hormones. The hormones that build up our tissues and our muscles

and our bones and then the tissues that the hormones that break it down, the catabolic hormones.

Sleep is one of the master regulators of melatonin. And this is something a lot of people know as being

a supplement, but it's actually one of the biggest anti-aging molecules that we know of. It acts in the brain.
