0:40.3	You know, in many ways, I do want to bring this up, but in many ways what we think is realistic is
0:46.1	filtered based off of what we've been shown. Yep. You know, what our parents have shown us,

0:56.2	they're passed on to us. How does one begin the journey of transcending all of that and moving
1:03.0	into a new energy field? First is first, you have to allow yourself to dream. You have to allow
1:09.0	yourself and give yourself permission to have those visions
1:11.7	of what do I actually want? People are so terrified of doing that because it will shatter their
1:17.2	whole reality. So you have to give yourself permission to build what do I actually want? And Spirit
1:23.2	always says this. They're like, you can start from here, but if you don't have the blueprint of
1:27.1	where you're going, where are we taking you to? You're going to go in circles. So give yourself permission
1:32.1	to have that vision of where you're going and what you want. And if your brain starts going,
1:38.3	this is too good to be true, that's how you know it's true. If your body's like, oh my God, I would love that.
1:45.6	And your brain goes, it's not realistic.
1:47.9	That's how you know it's true.
