Hello and welcome to the physician assistant exam review podcast. Today is episode 131. We're going to be covering spinal cord conditions. It has been some time since I've been behind the microphone here. We entered the June cohort of the 33 days past the pants program and that wound up taking up a ton of my time and moving

0:21.8

directly into peak baseball travel tournament season where I've been in Atlantic City. I've been in

0:29.6

Newark. I've been in Greenville, North Carolina, I've been in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm headed to Boston

0:34.0

soon with a sophomore who has aspirations of playing college baseball.

0:39.2

It has taken up a ton of my time.

0:42.2

But I'm thrilled to be back here.

0:43.5

I'm thrilled to be looking at coming up on the end of Nero.

0:46.6

That's something I've been really, really wanting to put behind us and feeling terrible

0:51.3

that we're still mired in this section part of it may be just that it's not my cup of tea, that's not my area of expertise, might be one of the reasons why I'm not diving into this, but regardless, here we are and we need to finish it up. And sometimes that's how it goes when you're studying, right? Like it may not be your favorite topic, it may not be your favorite thing, but here it is, and you got to suck it up

1:10.9

and get through it. So that's what we're going to do today with Nero. We're going to finish up

1:15.7

spinal conditions today, and then in the next full link episode, we're going to cover malignant and

1:23.8

benign neoplasms, and that should really finish us up on the entire section.

1:30.0

One thing before we jump in and get started is that next week, I have a little sliver of time

1:35.9

before I'm off to the next thing.

1:38.5

And so what I decided to do with that was on Monday and Tuesday next week, so that's

1:42.7

July 28th and 29th at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

1:45.7

I'm going to be doing a masterclass on passing the pants. I've done it a couple of times in the

1:49.1

past. It goes over great. The goal of that masterclass is to increase your scores on your pants,

1:55.2

but really any high stakes exam by between 5 and 10% just off of what we're going to go over in that particular

2:01.4

class. So you can register for that at www.position assistant examinerview.com backslash

2:05.9

masterclass. Share it with your friends. If you know anyone who's struggling, that would be fantastic.

2:11.0

And I can't wait to host that. Those are just so much fun. So I can't wait to see you there.
