Ugh. I don’t even like saying the word, because I know how awful it can feel when it’s overtaking your life. And, I’m here to help.
For me, overwhelm shows itself when I feel like I’ve gotten behind or everything feels disorganized, and I know things could go in a really bad direction.
In this episode I share a very personal struggle that I’ve been facing in my business. Some of my overwhelm has been coming from my issue with doing VIDEO. Ugh! Click here to hear my story - you might be able to relate.

1:18.0 | We don't have a plan to do it again. So it was just this one off experience that we wanted to try. |
1:23.0 | And it was amazing. I loved it. So shout out to all the ladies that were there. |
1:27.0 | Thank you for being there. It was a lot of fun. And for those that applied for it and they weren't chosen this first time around. |
1:34.0 | If we do it again, I'll definitely reach out to you. So we did that for about a day and a half. |
1:39.0 | And then I spent some time connecting with some of my friends had an amazing time. |
1:43.0 | And then I came back to California to what feels like a million tasks to take on. |
1:50.0 | Ugh, I bet you can relate. Traveling is fantastic. But it always sets me back just a bit, no matter what I do. |
1:59.0 | But even if I wasn't traveling, there are just times in my business where I feel like I've gotten behind. |
2:05.0 | And like a launch will creep up on me. And I'll all the sudden feel like, oh my gosh, I am just not getting things organized. |
2:12.0 | And that word just keeps popping up. I feel completely overwhelmed. |
