I'm really excited to be talking about freedom today, specifically freedom in the Buddhist

understanding from the Buddhist worldview. Buddhism's often referred to as the path of liberation

or the path of freedom. But what exactly is this freedom that's being talked about? Freedom.

Freedom is not an absolute thing, it's a relative thing, right? Freedom is generally freedom from

or freedom too. So in this sense, what we're talking about in the path of freedom, we're

obtaining freedom, it's relative to freedom from conceptual constraints and freedom too act or be

a certain way. So I want to jump into this and really talk about this. But first, imagine a prison

or someone who's been in jail years and years and they're finally going to be set free.
