Yep, we're talking about the triumphal entry in Matthew 21.

If you remember kind of the two arcs of the Knowing Faith

podcast that we follow broadly, right?

Not every episode. But most of the time we're talking

about one of two things. One, we're talking through at least this year the Gospel

of Matthew because at our church, the Village Church men and women are studying

the Gospel of Matthew and so we've been

kind of diving in at different portions of that study and doing a little bit

more reflection and we hope that it will serve the people that are in that Bible say

but also those who just have an interest in learning about different

passages in the Bible or maybe doing the study in Matthew themselves. And so today we

talk about Matthew 21, which is the triumphal entry and we just do a little bit of

biblical theology to set up the stage.

We talk about the gospel of Matthew and where we're at in the narrative when we get to the

triumphal entry and then why does Jesus flip tables over in the temple and what is the

triumphal entry have to do with that and how is this all connected in the gospel of Matthew as a whole.
